The definition of any terms appearing in this Ordinance which are also used in the aforesaid Act shall be the same as in said Act. SECTION 2: Nothing herein contained shall be construed to apply said general prevailing rate of wages as herein ascertained to any work or employment except public works construction of this Village to the extent required by the aforesaid.Act. SECTION 3: The Village Clerk shall publicly post or CERTIFICATE I, Betty Messer Clerk of said Village of Sunnyside, Illinois, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of the ANNUAL APPROPRIATION Ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sunnyside on the date above given, and the dates and data referred to in the Annual Appropriation Bill as set forth are correct.
