BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF McCULLOM LAKE, McHenry County, Illinois, as follows: Section One. Section Six of an Ordinance entitled, 'JAn ' Ordinance for the Regulation of the Retail Sale of Alcoholic Liquor in the Village of McCullom Lake, Illinois, and for Other Purposes" is hereby amended by adding thereto, the following: "Class E shall permit the retail sale ot beer and wine only, and not for consumption on the licensed premises." Section Two. Section Seven of an Ordinance en- J titled, "An Ordinance For the Regulation of Retail Sale of Alcoholic Liquor in the Village of McCuUom Lake, Illinois, and for Other Purposes" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: "Class D $350.00 an­ nually" Section Three. Section Number Five of an Or­ dinance entitled, "An Or­ dinance for the Regulation of Retail Srfle of Alcoholic Liquor in the Village of McCullom Lake, Illinois, and for Other Purposes" is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section Five. NUM­ BER OF LICENSES. After the effective date of this ordinance, no . license shall be issued to any new location so as to increase the aggregate number of classA, B, D, and E retail licenses "iwithin the corporate limits of the Village of < McCullom Lake,Illinois, in excess of three (3) to be in effect at any one time." „ " Section Four. Sub- Paragraph A of Section Four of an Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance for the Regulation of Retail Sale of Alcoholic Liquor in the Village of McCullom Lake, Illinois, and for Other Purposes" 4 is hereby amended to read as follows: "A. A person who is not a resident of the Village and has not been such a resident for a period of thirty (30) days prior to the date application for a license is made; provided, however, that this provisions shall not apply to applicants for a Class E license only." Section Five. All or­ dinances or parts of or­ dinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section Six. This or­ dinance shall be known as Ordinance Number 143 and shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and {>ublication as is provided by &w. Johnsburg high school opens its second season of live theatre Nov. 9 and 10 with two weekend per­ formances of Thornton Wilder's "The Mat­ chmaker". The comedy will be performed in the John­ sburg high school auditorium at 2002 W.Ringwood road. The beautiful theatre-in-the- round has perfect sight lines for all its 720 comfortable seats.
