Legal Notice ORDINANCE NO. 79-6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF SUNNYSIDE, ^ILLINOIS REGULATING PARKING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE President and Board of Trustees gf the Village of Sunnyside, Illinois, as follows: SECTION 1 It shall be unlawful to-park any motor vehicle on any village street, right of way or parking area at any of the following times: A. Between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. daily. B. At any time following a snowfall of two or more ihches for a period of 24 hours. C. During the closed time f any park or beach area. D. At any time for trucks. SECTION 2 The police department and all members thereof are hereby authorized to remove and tow away or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service any motor vehicle parked in violation of this ordinance. SECTION 3 Vehicles towed away for unlawful parking under this ordinance shall be stored in a safe place and shall be restored to the owner or operator of such vehicle upon payment of towing and storage charges. SECTION 4 Any person, firm or cor­ poration violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense. - SECTION 5 All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 6 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage ac­ cording to law., • Passed and approved this 6th day of November, 1979.
