Beads ranging from the demure to die dramatic top slim sweaters, fill in necklines under tailored suit jackets, and add a face-framing accent to bare-shouldered eve ning wear. Black tops the list for shiny enamel beads, giving a touch of elegance to sweaters and a crisp- ness to fall's dark suits. Gold ac cents are seen interspersed with black to add brightness and in terest. Dramatically large beads (the bigger the better) are the perfect complement to fall's body-de- fining sweaters. Several strands in different lengths with co-or dinated dome or wafer earrings make a fashion noint that adds real flair to casual dressing. Smaller beads, choker length or a bit longer, with a center me- dallion in gold or cloisonne make perfect companions for suits and dressier daytime garb. Another "something new" on the jewelry scene are tiny metal- tone cubes in necklace, bracelets and matching earrings that spar kle and shine as you move.' Pearls--the ultimate beads- are making a big fashion come back. In all lengths and istyles they're an important accessory that you'll enjoy rediscovering. ' Another important fall fash ion interest is in pins, especially bar pins and precious stone-ac cented circlets. A liberal sprin kling on jackets, hats, sashes and even purses gives exciting eye appeal, says the Council. Jewelry will add a lot to your look this fall. You'll love discov ering the special looks you can achieve, reports the Jewelry In- dustry Council.
