SECTION III: That any person, firm, or corporation operating or moving a motor vehicle in violation of this Ordinance shall be fined according to the amount set forth in Illinois Revised Statutes 1969, Chapter 95Vfe, relating to weight limitation. SECTION IV: All Or­ dinances and parts of Or­ dinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
