Deaths IVAR FREDRICKSEN Ivar Fredricksen, for­ merly of Wonder Lake, died Simday, Aug. 24, at Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was 77 years old, born April 10,1903, in Norway. > • He was a 25-year member of American General Con­ tractors association, belonged to the Fox Valley General Contractors association, was a lifetime member of the Elks in Woodstock, and brought Burger King to Illinois. Mr. Fredricksen is sur­ vived by his wife, Julia of Ft. Lauderdale; a son, Ronald W. and his wife, Melody, of Waukegan; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Elaine) Freund of McHenry; ten grandchildren and three great­ grandchildren. Also sur­ viving is a sister, Petra Sievertsen of Norway and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hilma, May 28, 1964. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the Peter M. J us ten & Son .funeral home, where ser­ vices will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in McHenry County Memorial Park cemetery, Woodstock. Sheridan Pavilion of the Rush-Presbyterian-St. ^ Luke's hospital in Chicago. She was 94 years old, born in St. Louis, Mo., May 27, 1886, the daughter of John and Mary (Wagner) Overhoff. Mrs. Bateman lived in Wilmette for many years, and was a 50-year summer resident in the McHenry area. * Survivors include a granddaughter, Mrs. Bar­ bara Wahl of McHenry and two sisters, Mrs.Sadie Kerr and Mrs. Mae Hickel, both of St. Louis, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Bateman' in 1941 and a daughter, Mrs. Theol Weber in 1974. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Peter M. Sawisch, 1507 Birch street, McHenry, died Thursday, Aug. 21, at St. Francis hospital, Evans ton. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth of McHenry; two sons, Louis G. of Antioch and Richard of McHenry; one daughter, Jacqueline Coss of Burlington, Wis. and seven grandchildren. Other survivors are a brother, Peter of Northlake and a sister, Rosemary Bellow of Wisconsin.
