Yereb, 77, 1911 Parker avenue, McHenry, (Burtons Bridge area) died Saturday, Jan. 24, in Carestoel Professional Care center. He was born June 22, 1903 in Frontinal, Kan. to Joseph and Cecelia (Kriner) Yereb. Mr. Yereb was a 10-year resident of the Riverside Park subdivision, belonged to St. Mary's Catholic church, McHenry and had been a bookkeeper over 40 years with the Esmark corp He is survived by his wife Lena, nee Peck, whom he married Nov. 3, 1934; a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Mary Lee) Martin, Arlington Heights; one son, Joseph of Rockford. 111.; four grand­ children and a sister, Mrs Marie Ryan, Kansas City, Mo. A brother George preceded hiirf in death. A funeral Mass was of­ fered Tuesday, 11 a.m., at St. Mary's church, with in­ terment in the church cemetery.
