PAGEjg - PLAINPEALER - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4,1881 McCullom Lake Dawn Miller 385-4901 Discuss Hall Rental Rules There was a village board meeting Tuesday night, Feb. 24. One of the items discussed was the rental of the village hall. Since Karen Parks has moved, you must contact Kurt Weisenberger. Also pertaining to the hall rental, if liquor is to be served at your event, you must have Dram Shop in surance. The insurance policy must be presented to Kurt Weisenberger or the trustee in charge of the hall, at least one week before the event in the hall is to take place. I have also been asked to remind you that village vehicle stickers are to be displayed by March 31. The village clerk is Leslie Curran, and her hours are as follows: Wednesday and Thursday, 2 to 6:30 p.m.; . 'Saturday , 9 :30 a .m. to 12:30 p.m. CONDOLENCES We would like to express our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Dorothy Kief on the recent death of her husband, Robert. The Kiefs have been village residents for over ten years. Again, let us say, we are sorry. CUBSCOUTS Our very own Den No. 3 did a skit, singing Clementine and acting it out, at Pack 142's Blue and Gold Banquet on Feb. 22. The boys in the skit included Chad Elliott, Roger Gates, John Lawson, Todd Parks, Marcus Seifert, and Jason Weisenberger. The assistant den mom, Chris Lawson, played the part of Clementine and was dressed quite nicely in her purple wig and purple boots. Nice show boys, and, of course, mom.
