NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE H I G H W A Y C O M ­ M I S S I O N E R A N D DISTRICT CLERK OF THE NUNDA TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That the Highway Commissioner of the Nunda Township Road District shall be and is hereby directed to erect or cause to be erected signs designating the weight limitation in the amount of 8,000 lbs. per axle on all Nunda Township Road District highways within his jurisdiction. SECTION II: That the Highway Commissioner of the Nunda Township Road District shall erect and maintain appropriate signs at each end of tne highways covered by this Ordinance, or on any portion of the high­ ways covered by this Or­ dinance as required by law. SECTION nl: That any person, firm, or corporation operating or moving a motor vehicle in violation of this Ordinance shall be fined according to the amount set forth in Illinois Revised Statutes 1969, Chapter 95Me, relating to weight limitation. SECTION IV: All Or­ dinances and parts of Or­ dinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION V: Thi% Or­ dinance shall take^effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
