This is a first in the village, since this year there are several who are running for election. The Board approved re- zoning Bill Mitchell's 1.8 acres fronting on Wilmot road to B-l Business The B-l zoning was granted on the recommendation of the zoning board of appeals who approved the change at a meeting held previous to the village meeting. Trend Toward Local Mental Health Care In a dramatic shift away from institutionalization, nine out of every ten Illinoisans who need state care for mental problems a n d d e v e l o p m e n t a l disabilities are now ob taining that care at the community level In a special report on the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.
