Johnsburg Diane Berlin Local Scout Takes Second Jeff Adams is a very happy young man as he won second place in the Blackhawk Area Council Pinewood Derby, held in Rockford, Saturday, April 4. Jeffs car won consistently in the eight-yeaivaJd division, then he went back on Sunday to take the second place trophy.
