By The Sea School Menus The period in pops music from 1900 to 1910 will be recalled May 2 and 3 when McHenry Choral club members go on stage for their fortieth year anniversary program. Above, Carol Jean Smith, left, and Sherry Patterson gingerly dip their toes into the water as they join one of the ensembles in "By The Sea". The popular music section will also include music from the 1920's to today, the latter represented by Sandi Schau singing, "Don't Cry For Me, Argentina". Ms LeGare has been a counselor at McHenry Community college for the last four years. She received a B A degree from the University of Wisconsin, a Masters degree from Nor­ thern Illinois university , and has been teaching asser­ tiveness the last three years, in addition to counseling Her seminars are aimed at p r o v i d i n g s u r v i v a l strategies for women and building self-confidence. She attempts to teach one how to communicate in an honest and open manner without infringing on the rights of others and learn how to say "no" without feeling guilty.
