BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCULLOM L A K E , M c H E N R Y COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: That Section 1 of Or dinance No. 52-A is hereby deleted from said ordinance and the following substituted in lieu thereof; Section 1-A - It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle witnin eighteen inches (18") of the improved surface of any street in the Village of McCullom Lake at anv tune when snowplowing is going on or may be required. Section 1-B - Any motor vehicle found to be in violation of this ordinance will be ticketed and may also be towed away at the owner's expense. The fact that a motor vehicle which is illegally parked is registered in the name of a person or corporation shall be con sidered prima facie proof that sucn person or cor poration was in control of such motor vehicle at the time of such violation. In the absence of the operator, af ter making note of the lic ense number and making a records check, the police officer may issue a parking violation notice in sucn registered owner's name ana may serve same by firmly affixing same to the motor vehicle in question. Section 3 - This Or dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as required by law. Section 4- The provisions of this Ordinance are separable and should any provisions thereof be found unenforceable or illegal, such sections shall not make the balance of the provisions unenforceable or illegal.
