' This month is the anniversary of Twitty's January, 1970 hit, "That's When She Started to Stop Loving You." The record made it to No. 3 and was charted for 14 weeks. Floyd Tillman, Mac Wiseman and Chubby Wise have been signed to the label, and albums are being readied for the market. Gilley remains with Epic Records. \ » "Nashville Palace" was not renewed for the new NBC-TV lineup. Rumors are that the 6how did not fare well in the ratings. Eddie Raven is back on the charts with "Who Do You Know In California?" on Elektra Records. The singer just finished playing several shows with Tanya Tucker. A lot of country fans complain ed about the latest "modern recording miracle," which elec tronically paired the voices, of the late country greats, Jim Reeves and Patsy Cine, even though they never actually sang together. While the LP has been pro claimed as a "duet album," the only duet tune is the title track, "Have You Ever Been Lonely." The rest of the album is simply Jim Reeves' solo tunes and Patsy Cline's solo tunes. Despite the fuss (or, perhaps, because of it) the title tune is making its way up the country charts as a single.
