But every so often, a no-show deserves a better fats. One such series is "The High Five," which airs Thursday, July 22f on NBC. "The High Five," an amusing sitcom about a black- owned TV station operating on a shoestring budget, is a sort of "WKRP" gone funky. It's also one of the rare.times that a predominantly black cast has been shown working at a professional, white-collar job.
