Mr. Fields will replace Gerald Fain, who resigned to accept the position as principal or Waterloo west high school, Waterloo, Iowa. Edward John Wagner, Sterling, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Wagner, Rand road, McHenry, has been selected for inclusion in the 1972 edition of Outstanding Young Men of America. Wagner is a graduate of Marian Central high school and Ellis Business college. An accountant, the young man has been eatremely active in numerous public service programs in the Sterling area. The McHenry City Council agreed on ordinences and reeolutions presented by City Attorney Loooe in connection with the Illinois Route 180 West roed widening and im­ provement.
