A merican Dairy A ssociation Tips To (iive Your Floors That Finishing Touch Since floor coverings are a major investment that ran reward you with years of pleasure, it pays to give their s e l e c t i o n c a r e f u l planning. These tips from ex perts may help to guide you. How and where you live and what you ex pect of your floor covering are important considerations. Give them equal time with style and color in making your selection. You might ask yourself these questions: -Is the traffic heavy or light in the area to be covered? - W h a t c o l o r s a n d furnishing will be used there? -What style of decorating--formal, i n f o r m a l , c o n - temproary, eclectic? -Should it be a per manently installed carpet or a rug that can be moved? Other considerations might include the presence of small children or pets in the house. This should af fect your decision on surfaces and colors. How much time you can spend in caring for your floor' coverings is a n o t h e r i m p o r t a n t point. PACjK II - PLAlNDEALElf -WKDNESDAV.
