By Kate Woods Will Cindy Williams ever return to "Laverne and Shirley" this season? The show isn't the same without her. -- H.O. Cindy and her lawyers would be pleased to know you feel that way. Nonethe­ less, it doesn't look good for a reconciliation. In fact, now Penny Marshall is talk­ ing about taking a walk from the show at the end of this season. Maybe then Miss Williams will go back.
