Walz gp TUBE W THE SCENES -- If ABC's "Amanda's" sitcom 'starring Bee Arthur reminds you of another series, don't iratch your head for too long. "Amanda's" has been deliberately patterned after the uproarious British TV series "Fawtty Towers," which starred John Cleese as a crusty owner of a two-bit hotel. With "Condo" and "Amanda's" replacing "The Greatest American Hero" on Thursdays and "High Performance" due to replace "Tales of the Gold Monkey" on Wednesdays in the coming weeks, ABC will give "Hero" and "Monkey" one last shot to redeem themselves. "Monkey" will inherit a terrible slot --- Friday nights opposite CBS' "Falcon Crest."
