PAGE 14 - PLA1NDEALER - FRIDAY, MARCH 11,1983 A HELPING PAWS ANIMAL WELFARE ASSOCIATION P.O. Box 205, Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014 (815)459-2641 Did you know that your cat 'talks' to you with his tail? If in danger, a cat will raise the tail and puff the fur to look bigger. A tail straight up in dicates a friendly, yet alert mood; an arched tail could mean a playful^t titude, and the droopy tail, is to say 'I'm sorry'. \ Very important to a cat, is a <Ueapf litter box. They instinctively com- their deposits to hide the odor from enemies. Therefore, an unclean litter box may cause your trained cat to look elsewhere! All pet adoptions must be validated by the signing of a contract, along with the adoption fee which includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery from a vet of Helping Paws' choice, or a deduction from the cost of the surgery if done by a vet of your choice.
