COMMUNITY CALENDAR Beverly Verstege, secretary at Montini Primary center, registers Adam Malenius for classes next fall as his mother, Kathy, looks on. Kindergarten and first grade registration will be held the weeks of March 14-18 and March 21-25 at the Primary center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parents of students in this year's kindergarten need not contact the center for grade I registration as a special form will be sent home. Children born before Dec. 1, 1978, are eligible for kindergarten. A birth certificate is required at the time of registration. All prospective kindergartners are expected to participate in the District 15 kindergarten screening to be held at Zion Lutheran church March 22-31. Parents should call 385-7210 for an appointment. Tuition rates at Montini Primary center have not yet been established for 1983-84 but will probably increase 5 to 10 percent. Class size maximums are 20 per section for kindergarten and 28 per section for first grade. The nine-pound baby girl entered the world Mar. 1, at Memorial Hospital for McHenry County, Woodstock and she was greeted at home by her brothers, Bill, age five and Andy, two. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brennan of Wausau, Wis. Mrs. Lucille Reinhard of Clifton, 111. is the infant's great-grandmother. Michael J. and Kathleen C. Sullivan, 1416 N. Jewett street, Woodstock, became parents of their second daughter Feb. 19 and named her Ellen Rose. The 8 lbs. 5 oz. baby girl was born at Memorial Hospital for McHenry County, Woodstock and was welcomed home by her three- year-old sister Clare. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth A. Sporleder of Woodstock and Mr. William C. Conway of Waukegan. Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah F. Sullivan of McHenry are the paternal grandparents. Russell and Jill Siler of Coldwater, Mich, announce the birth of their first child on Mar. 8. Andrew Francis was born at Sturgis hospital, Sturgis, Mich, and weighed eight pounds. Maternal grandparents are Francis and Joan Wirtz of McHenry. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Siler of Coldwater are the paternal grandparents and Mr. and Mrs. Fay Siler, also of Coldwater, are the infant's great-grandparents. The new mother is the former Jill Wirtz of McHenry. A boy, Michael Scott, entered the world weighing 8 lbs. 12 oz. at Good Shepherd hospital, Barrington on Feb. 22. He is the second son of Scott and Cheryl Neumann of McHenry, and has a brother Jason, age three. Janet Carlson of Trevor, Wis. is the maternal grandmother. Paternal grandparents are John and Loretta Neumann of Prospect Heights. Kelsey Christina is the name chosen chosen by Sig and Patricia Schatz of McHenry for their first child. The baby girl arrived at Good Shepherd hospital, Barrington on Feb. 22, weighing 6 lbs. lxk oz. Maternal grandparents are Ed and Joan Buss of McHenry. Paul and Erwing Schatz, also of McHenry, are the paternal grandparents.
