SECTION IV: That vehicles regularly operated by Federal, State, and local governmental entities and public utilities are exempt from the provisions of this or­ dinance; however, such exempt vehicles shall be safely operated away from the edge of the pavement whenever possible. SECTION V: That all previous Ordinances and portions of Or­ dinances of McHenry Township Road District in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded.
