A member of the Sauk and Coranbia County Bar associations and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as the State Bar of Wisconsin, White also teaches criminal law at Mid-State Technical institute in Adams, Wis. White is a 1982 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law, and during the past year has been practicing in Friendship, Wis. Prior to attending law school, White was awarded an Associate of Science degree at McHenry County college, a Bachelor of Science in Education degree at Northern Illinois university, where he majored in History, and a Master's degree in Political Science at Central Michigan university. He taught ' American History and Government for six years in the public schools of Midland, Mich. COMPANY EARNINGS Modine Manufacturing company has reported that net earnings for the fiscal year ended March 31,1983, were $3,763,000, or $1.30 per share, on sales of $169,168,000. Sales declined 16 percent from the $201,019,000 in the previous year, when the company earned $8,770,000* or $3.02 per share. ATTENDS SEMINAR Patrick James Letizia of the Letizia Financial agency of Midland National Life, Wonder Lake, has just returned from the company's home office in Sioux Falls, S. Dak., where he at­ tended the fifty-fourth FastStart seminar.
