Lundsten, 29, was dead on arrival at Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington. Lundsten was walking westbcmnd on the highway at 5:12 a.m. when he was hit by a car driven by David J. Bogacz, 22, of Route 12, Round Lake. Bogacz was ticketed for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Bogacz and a passenger, David Prudhomme of Wonder Lake, were not injured.
