As usual, I am sure I missed someone or something in the past year. ******* I have been informed I was a little hasty in my comments about McCracken Field last week. Plans are and have been underway to take care of the problem by next fall. But I will add, it could have been done a lot sooner. ****** With the closing of this column for the school year, a lot of appreciation has to be given to a few people. To the big boss, Tom Miller for putting up with my nonesense at times. To our dear friend and editor "Brenda" for her smile when I enter the Plaindealer office. To Betty, who always has a kind word. And to our good friend and sport's editor, Mike Lamb, who iust loves to help me on the computer, and is gradually becoming a loyal Mini. Our thanks also go out to Athletic Director Joe Schlender for his helpful information, and to all coaches who took my late night calls for information. Without all these people, there just wouldn't be a column. So the good Lord willing, we will be back again next fall. All Warrior fans have a great summer.
