William Joffe, pastor of St. Mary church, Woodstock, will become the new pastor at St. Joseph church, Harvard, July 15. The Rev. Joffe will succeed the Rev. Msgr. Joseph T. Healey, who is retiring after 33 years of service to the Harvard community. The Rev. Joffe came to Woodstock from Sterling 10 years ago. He will be succeeded by the Rev. John Cahill, pastor of Sacred Heart church, in Marengo. The Rev. Cahill served as associate pastor in Woodstock before assuming his duties in Marengo eight years ago. The Rev.
