Tronsen, born May 10,1917, died in Fort Whipple VA Hospital Aug. 20, in Prescott, AZ, after a long illness. Mr. Tronsen was a long time resident of Wonder Lake and was employed at Oak Industry for many years, before retiring to Arizona. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Surviving are . his wife Virginia and daughter Mrs. Peter (Helen) Hunt of Prescott; sons Wayne and Daniel - of McHenry; 11 grand children and seven great-grandchildren. DR. PHILIP SCHOEN Dr. Philip F. Schoen, age 67, of Spring Grove, IL, died Saturday morning, Aug. 20, at Hines Veterans Hospital, Maywood, IL. He was born Dec. 5, 1915 in Chicago, the son of William and Eugenie (Steckel) Schoen. Dr. Schoen married the former Jean Hoskin Tomaso May 30,1942, in Chicago. A dentist by profession, he graduated from Loyola university in 1940 and taught at Loyola Dental School for 27 years. He was a member of American Dental Assn.; Illinois Dental Society; and the Chicago Dental Society. A former member of the Loyal Order of Moose, he was a captain during World War II with the Army Medical Corps, from 1941 to 1945, serving in the European Theatre. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Patrick (Jean Marie) Kagan of Rockford, IL; Mrs. Terrance (Cathy) Mullins of Loretto, MN and Mrs. Stephen (Christine) Turner of Eden Prairie, MN; eight sons, Dennis' of Arlington Heights, IL, Philip Jr. of McHenry,. Richard,,flafc.fcsffk,,;,; IL, Thomas and ) James, both of Winona, MN, Robert of Palatine, IL, Dr. Stephen of Yuba City, CA, and Kevin of Madison, WI; 25 grandchildren; and two brothers, Dr. William P. Schoen of Evanston and Dr. Paul E. Schoen of Tacoma, WA. He was preceded in death by a grand daughter Sara Schoen in 1979 and a brother Adrian. A Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic church in Richmond, with Fr. Eugene Lutz officiating, and in terment in All Saints c e m e t e r y , D e s Plaines, IL.
