Many people who have taken the exercise program in other YMCA's around the- country have reported that it really works. Tower Jr., 41, of 2400 Lorraine; Racine, was being held by Carpentersville police this morning on charges of aggravated kidnapping and violence in connection with a Friday morning abduction which ended in Hebron.
