The report noted that the vehicle was taken without the knowledge or consent of the owner. Two Chicago area residents were injured in a one-car rollover at about 4 .32 a.m. Sept. 25. A vehicle driven by Christ J. Psarras, 7830 W. North, Elmwood Park, 111., went off the 200 block of N. Route 31 and rolled three times. Psarras and Kimberl] Cicero, McHenry Hospital by the McHenry Area Rescue Squad. Psarras was listed in serious but stable condition Mondav. Ms. Ahmed was treated and released. McHenry Police were unable to obtain a statement from the driver due to the extent of his injuries. The investigation is continuing. David A. Nelson, Chicago, told police he stopped so that the motorcycle could pass. Churley was ticketed by police. Both drivers involved in a two- car collision on Route 14 were ticketed by county police. Julie A. Nylander, 1308 Meadow Lane, said she became distracted and lost control of the vehicle. Ms. Nylander said she over-corrected and sideswiped an auto driven by Martin J. Newman, 3015 Bergman Ave., McHenry. She was ticketed for improper lane usage and Newman was cited for driving without a valid license. „ Roman L. Conroyd, 7707 W. Bull Valley Road, McHenry, was cited for making an improper turn following a two- car collision at the intersection of Cuhlman and Lincoln Roads, east of McHenry. Conroyd told county police he was attempting to make a left turn from Lincoln Road when the front of his car came into contact with the left front of another vehicle. Ray, 22, Oak Hill Colony, Fox Lake; were arrested earlier this month in connection with the robbery. They are charged with burglary, felony theft and armed violence. The burglary occurred last May when the UPS truck was stopped Outside the Crystal Lake office and a small safe was stolen. The suspects fled on foot, reportedly firing at least one shot at the driver, who was chasing them. McHenry Police arrested and charged a Woodstock man with weapons violations last Thursday evening. Officer Jeffrey Foerster was checking a car stopped along Industrial Drive and found a loaded .357 revolver in the vehicle. Glenn A. Browne, 26, 341 S.
