Jackson were united in holy matrimony Aug. 20, during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony officiated by the Reverend James Gaynor in the Church of St. Mary oi.the Assumption, McHenry. The bride is the daughter of Hx>mas and Jean Thompson of McHenry. James and Sandra Jackson, also of McHenry, are the parents of the bridegroom. Following the nuptials, a for 200 friends and relatives was held at the Branded Steakhouse in Crystal Lake. Upon return from a two-week honeymoon in Florida, the Jacksons are "at home" in Evanston, EL. The bride and groom are both 1978 graduates of Marian Central Catholic High School, Woodstock. She is a 1982 late of Marquette iversity and is presently ployed as a CPA for Price Ifaterhouse in Chicago. He graduated from ^DePaul University and currently works for Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire. Club presents 'colorful' program Matilda (Young) Justen, were married in 1923 and have made the Spring Grove area their home for nearly all of those years. The Rudolphs have seven children: LeRov of Silver Lake, WI; Frank of Johnsburg; Louis of Coloma, WIp Russel of Antioch; the late Richard, formerly of Johnsburg; and Mary of Crystal Lake. They have 36 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Slate meeting Riverview Camp 6818 held its annual picnic at the home of Lorraine Coari, Rec. Oracle Luella Lockwood, co-chairman of the picnic, was the lucky winner of the day. Helen Creamer played the organ and everyone nad a good time singing along; and games were enjoyed by all. The next meeting will be Oct. 18. v United schedule fall forum Hie Fall Forum meeting for Church Women United will be held Oct. 7 at Mt. Hope Methodist Church in Pistakee Highlands. Coffee and rolls will be served at 9:15 a.m., followed by a panel presentation on "The Media and Violence". Nursery care will be provided and this meeting is open to all church women of McHenry County. This month's meeting of the McHenry County Christian Women's Club will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12. from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and will be entitled "Color in You". The meeting will be a Continental Breakfast consisting of a roll, iuice, coffee, and a fruit cup at TC Spirits Restaurant, 6305 Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake. A special feature will be "Discover Your Color" by Marilyn Perry, a color and wasdrobe consultant. On Oct. 21, Delores Laufenburg will call the Halloween Dance from 8 to 11 p.m. and costumes are optional. Again, all singles and couples are welcome.
