AGREEMENT CITY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS On Monday, the 5th dav of December, 1983, at 8:00 P.M, a public hearing will be held by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McHenry In the McHenry City Hall, 1111 North Green Street, McHenry, Illinois, for the considering testimony as to an ordinance authorizing the execution of an Annexation Agreement in regard to the annexation to the City of McHenry, Illinois, of a tract of property comprising approximately 1021 acres of land, more or less, generally bounded by Illinois State Route 31 on the East and municipal limits on the North and legally described below. It is proposed that the subject property be zoned for "B-3'; Commercial District to permit service, retail and wholesale commercial uses, in accordance with said Annexation Agreement.
