His team will open up agafntt Burlington Central Tuesday evening. iKXn^the host school, has withdrawn from the tournament. Many of its players are on the football team that is currently sill in the IHSA playoffs. Genoa- Kingston will take its place. After that tournament, the Skyhawks have to take on NWSC foes right away. They open up with Round TjiW Dec. 2, Marengo Dec. 9 and Marian Dec. 16. The Skyhawks had a rough time in the NWSC last season, suffering through a 3-10 conference record. Beck expects the NWSC to be just as tough, but little more balance with Warren and Antioch out. Beck expects Marengo and Lake Zurich to be the top contending teams. Marengo has just about an entire team back that won 20 ballgames last season. Tom Wolfe, Woot-9, and O-foot-4 Bob Stuntz are expected to lead "Marengo. Stuntz was named to the all-McHenry Counter teams last season.
