County police said the tracks indicated it had been dragged to the road and loaded into another vehicle. Incumbent Jill Zwick (R- 65th), who represents much of the Woodstock area, is being challenged for the Republican nomination by Algonquin resident Ed Brown, an ad­ ministrator at Elgin Community College. The deadline for filing is 5 p.m. <mi Monday, Dec. 19. -- --general Hews General funds in warning zone The available balance in the state's General Fund at the end of November was $80 million the lowest end-of-month balance in six months and below the fiscal "warning rone" level, Comp­ troller Roland W. Burris has reported. The Nov. 30 balance was $43 million less than the previous month-end balance but still $37 million above the level of a year ago. Since the beginning of fiscal 1982, the General Funds month end balance has been above the $200 million "warning rone" only two of the past 29 months. Total General Funds revenues after five months of fiscal 1984 were $3,611 billion, $320 million or 9.7 percent above total revenues for the same period in FY 1983. State sources were up $464 million due taA revenue increase of 33.8 percent in in­ dividual income taxes,. 29.3 percent in corporate income taxes, 6.4 percent in sales taxes, a 78.4 percent jump in transfers from Lottery Fund, plus the borrowing of an additional $50 million dollars from the private sector under the Casual Deficits Act. Revenues from federal sources were down $144 million or 22.3 percent due mostly to a decrease in transfers from the Public Aid Trust Fund.
