Visit with a relative or friend not seen for a while. Or stop by a nursing home, senior citizen housing complex, or retirement com­ munity and ask to spend a little time with someone who especially needs to be reminded that someone cares. You may also wish to give that old friend a gift, but, as Ward points out, "No gift means as much as a little time spent listening to an old friend, holding hands, and opening your hearts to one another!"
