The McHenry insurance company, Stoffel and Reihan sperger. Inc. recently observed its 100th year of business. In honor of 100 years of representation with the Con tinental Insurance Companies, a representative, Bruce Jacobson, resident vice president, presented the company an engrossed scroll. "Our organization has grown and prospered during your period of association and we wish to acknowledge your contribution to this success," said Jacobson during the presentation. "We thank you for your loyalty and sincerely trust that your splendid represen tation of our company will continue for many years to come." Herb Reihansperger, president of Stoffel and Reihansperger, accepted the scroll. The company was founded in 1884 by Simon Stoffel, grand father of Herb Reihansperger. Over 100 years, and several changes in location, the company remains one of McHenry's oldest businesses. This simply means the monthly mortgage payment, adjusted for income tax advantages. A realtor, a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of Realtors, can explain what these advantages mean for someone in your in come bracket. Net monthly mortgage payments often are comparable to rait on similar properties.
