Helt, 35, joins the bank with several years of trust ex­ perience. At DeKalb his responsibilites included ad­ ministration of trusts and estates. Before that, Helt ob­ tained his law degree at Nor­ thern Illinois University and his undergraduate degree in West DePere, Wisconsin, at St. Norbert College.
