CUB LOAN The interim Citizens Utility Board (CUB) has received the first installment ($20,000) of a $100,000 state loan. In Sep­ tember 1983, the Governor acted on several measures which called for a series of utility regulation reforms, a package that included legislation creating the CUB. June. Under the direction of R. Scott Lank, the Illinois Stage Com­ pany is comprised of actors, designers, and technicians from the Chicago area. Lank has had professional experience as a director, actor, and stage manager. Other members include Richard Arnold (scenic designer), Bill Johnson (lighting designer-technical, director), Maureen Herrity (costumer designer), Alan Bernstein (production stage manager), Jean Kotal, Mark Thorsen, Michael O'Brien, Gayle Svoboda, Lili LaTourette, Marie-Clare Prisco, Janet 10,13-17 and 22-23, with matinees on June 9, 16 and 23. Curtain time will be 8:15 p.m., with matinees starting at 2 p.m. Sunday performances will begin at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and may be reserved by calling the Woodstock Opera House Ticket Office at 338-5300. Lieutenant governor-education for the 1964- 1986 term. Toastmasters is an educational organization, teaching communication and leadership skills in a club-like atmosphere, where learning takes place while having fun and fellowship. Mrs. Boehm has recently served District 30 as the north division Lieutenant governor, providing services to 44 Toastmasters clubs in Northern Illinois. Among the services were seminars on publicity, judging, starting new clubs, and officer training. She also con­ ducted a speechcraft training program in Round Lake, and a speech program known as Youth Leadership for 4-H students in Grayslake. In her new role, Mrs. Boehm will be responsible for providing
