She was welcomed home by her two brothers, Nathan, eight and Garrett, four; and a sister Erin, one and a half. Maternal* grandparents are Luella and Stanley Wesol of Chicago. Mrs. Patricia Ryan, also of Chicago, is the paternal grandmother. The next T.H.E.O.S. meeting will be held Monday, June 18. Picnic tables will be available for those wishing to sit under the trees. ^ * k MICHAEL WEGENER Wed in Zion Lutheran The former Karen Lynn Graef and Michael Stephen Wegener were united in Holy Matrimony Saturday, May 12, in Zion Lutheran Church, McHenry. The bride is the daughter of theReverend and Mrs. Herman Graef of McHenry. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wegener, also of McHenry, are the parents of the bridegroom. Wedding vows were ex changed during a 3 p.m. ceremony performed in Zion Lutheran Church, with the bride's father officiating. Kathy Graef, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Mary Ann Wegener, the groom's aunt, rendered ap propriate musical solos. Hie bride wore a white taffeta dress highlighted with an off- the-shoulder ruffle. The full skirt flowed into three ..tiers, edged with beaded. \a*» and white roses. Complementing her attire was a wide brimmed hat, lavishly adorned with veiling. She carried a bouquet of white stephanotis, white orchids and baby's breath, and as a finishing touch, a single strand of pearls, borrowed from the bridegroom's maternal grand mother, graced her neck. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Sue Meyers^ Kathy, Diane and Debbie Graef, sisters of the bride, along with Linda Nakes and Lori Nelson, friends of the bride, were bridesmaids. The maid of honor was attired in an Auberjein taffeta dress with orchid trim, styled with an off-the-shoulder neckline. The scalloped treatment was repeated at the tea length hemline. The bridesmaids were similarly attired in orchid dresses with Aubeijein trim. All attendants carried white lace parasols decorated with orchid silk flowers. Handling the duties of best man was Jim Weber. Groom smen were Bob Wegener, brother of the groom; Ken Graef, brother of the bride; Scott Donarski, Ron Sonnemann and Rick Leisten, friends of the groom. Dave and Dan Graef, brothers of the bride; and Jay Caron, a cousin of the groom, served as ushers. . Jessica Meyers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Meyers, was the flower girl;, and Michael Koniezka, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean.Koniezka, was the ring bearer. .IS Title bride's mother wore a plum color satin, tea length dress, fashioned with a scalloped lace bodice and ball gOWn sleeves, With matching accessories. A mauve colored chiffon, tea lenth dress, and matching accessories was the choice of the groom's mother. Following the ceremony and church gathering, a reception was held at Johnsburg Com munity Club for approximately 250 guests.
