The film was inspired by the true story of Sharon Clark (Miss Weld), who marries a con artist (Coyote) who also turns out to be a bigamist. Carradine plays another victim of the crafty Coyote, and he joins Clark in track­ ing down the con artist to get revenge. Miss North plays Clark's mother, who is also taken in by Coyote's character. WAR CHILDREN -- Dublin, Ireland is the scene for the filming of "H&liday From Fear," a television movie now in production for NBC. The movie stars Chartea Hold (who is also the co-producer), Keren Valentine, Julia Duffy and David Huffman. This story deals with three children from war- ravaged Northern Ireland who spend a summer vaca­ tion in the United States with foster families. NEW COP ON THE HILL -- Ken OUn has joined the cast of NBC's "Hill Street Blues" after guest-starring on several episodes last season. Olin plays the socially conscious Det. Harry Garibaldi. Besides those guest spots, the actor has most recently co-starred in the ill-fated series "Bay City Blues" and the NBC televi­ sion film. "Flight 90: Disas­ ter on the Potomac." TALES OF COLUMBUS -- Gabriel Byrne will star in "Christopher Columbus," a six-hour CBS miniseries recently filmed in the Dominican Republic and Spain.
