At night, Miss Stevens is the ingenue in Broadway's "La Cage aux Folles." By day, she plays Justine Calvert on "Search." "Every day I was flat on my back in the hospital on television and every night I was dancing up a storm on stage." she says. She plans to leave "La Cage" August 11 in order to further her danc ing career. Miss Stevens, who has studied dance since she was 15. would like to learn ballet. SURPRISE -- That was some shock Tony Roberts got while he was on the road drumming up publicity for his CBS series "The Four Seasons." When Roberts called his mother in New York from the airport in New Orleans, she asked him, "Did you hear? You're canceled." "Can I come home?" was his reply. But Roberts intends to have a great summer despite his change in plans. The actor is now starring in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" in Saratoga, and next month he will do "Guys and DoN6" with Maureen McGovem at i the Pittsburgh Light Opera. .
