Salvatore S. (Sam) DeCesare, 37, 3710 Riverside Drive, was indicted Feb. 7 by McHenry County Grand Jury on the charges. The bill of indictment had been sealed by a Feb. 8 order of the court until last week, when a warrant was served on DeCesare, who is free on $10,000 bond. The court hearing is set in 19th Judicial Circuit Court before Judge Michael Sullivan. The charges against DeCesare reportedly stem from an Illinois te Police investigation of a chop shop near Marengo last year.
