These stores, and it looks like yours is one of them, just throw up their hands and say: "If the value of the coupon exceeds the price of the product, we won't redeem it." Can you do anything about this? I would try talking to the store manager or the executives at the head office. By refusing to accept these coupons, they deprive their valued customers of a money-saving opportunity.
