The allotment for the work is $25,000 and on^-third of this amount will be an outright grant with the remainder as a loan. The McHenry County Emergency Relief Commission announced the opening of its canning center in the basement of the Armory in Woodstock. Produce from Subsistence Gardens and produce brought in by relief and non-relief clients will be processed at the central location. The non-relief families will have returned to them 50 percent of the number of cans put up in return for the us^of the Commission's cans and facilities.
