Miller of McHenry died Sunday, Oct. 14, 1984 in Northern minois Medical Center, McHenry. He was 77, born in Chicago Sept. 18, 1907, the son of August and Charlotte Miller. - Mr. Miller lived in McHenry about 10 years, having come from Alliance, Ohio. He was a retired management executive for Armour & Co., Chicago. Surviving are his wife Marie D. (Knapik), whom he married Nov. 17, 1928; two sons, Melvin R. (Donna) of Miami, Fla. and George A. (Carol) of Chester field, Mo.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a brother August (Harriett) Miller of Chicago. A Funeral Mass will be con ducted a 1 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholte Church, McHenry, followed by burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call that day from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Peter M. Justen & Son Funeral Home. Crysal Lake Police Detective Roger Sether is seeking jrt participating Programs en Rogc McHi Marguerite Strassheim Marguerite "Marge" Strassheim of McHenry died Friday, Oct. 12, 1984, in her home, She was 75, bom in Chicago June 21,1909, to Fritz E. and Edith (Block) Fenske. Mrs. Strassheim lived in McHenry since 1941, having come from Chicago. She was a former hostess at Snug Harbor Restaurant, McHenry, and a Welcome Wagon lady in' the McHenry area. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Thompson, in 1958; her second husband, Walter Strassheim, in 1964; and a sister, Mrs. Harriet Syring. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Rodenbostel of Maywood and a brother, Fred P. (Doris) Fenske of Salem, Ohio. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Peter M. Justen & Son Funeral Home, and burial was in Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago. Friends called from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Sether said his request for county assistance in broadening the program stems from the fact that crimes are being solved and rewards paid in areas outside the jurisdictions of the six communities, ograms encompass areas covered by a municipality's ZIP code. Police arrest area man on drug charges By Jim Nash PUlrtteater-Harald News Service .Algonquin Police have made the latest in a string of arrests spawned by an undercover drug investigation in McHenry County and conducted by federal and local law en forcement agencies. Algonquin r'olice Lt. Steven Schinkel said Timothy E. Elliot, 22, of 567 Somerset, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.' Elliot was arrested at his job in Elk Grqve Village, Schinkel said. Two more suspects involved in the investigation, one from the Algonquin area, have yet to be arrested, he added. Elliot's arrest is the latest development in a lQ^rnynth, joint investigation by the federal Drug Enforcement Ad ministration Task Force and Algonquin police. The case climaxed in gunfire last month when officers arrested Michael P. "Bubba" Donegan, 30, at Crystal Lake's Super 8 Motel off U.S. 14. Donegan allegedly pulled out, but did not fire, a revolver after selling a half-pound of cocaine to undercover officers. A police officer reportedly fired three shots at Donegan, as the suspect fled, but missed him. Conegan has been charged with armed violence, aggravated assault, unlawful delivery of a controlled sub stance and possession with intent to deliver. Arrested with Donegan were John J. Ellenbogen, 31, Car- pentersville, and Daniel R. ^"inn, 22, Lake in the Hills. RTA CHAIRMAN Gov. Thompson last week ap pointed Samuel K.
