The Skyhawks will travel to Wheaton Friday and Saturday for the St. Francis Tournament. "It's an extremely tough tour nament," Roberts said. "Last year, there were 20 sectional qualifiers to come out of the St. Francis Tournament. It's a tough one. I don't know how well we'll do." Roberts said the Skyhawks will go into the event undermanned, as two wrestlers have pneumonia. Ed Klein, at 105 lbs., and Brian Hauck at 145, are both ill and didn't wrestle against Marian Central, Klein captured the 105- pound title at the Richmond- Burton Classic Saturday, and Hauck was fourth in his division. / • ^ "Depth is our biggest weakness, and I knew that going into the season. At some weights we have excellent depth, but at others, we're very shallow." Roberts added he's very im pressed with the performance of his squad thus far. "Despite the illnesses, we're still in good shape. I'm real happy with the progress We've made this year."
