Main item on the agenda will be the presentation of a set Of new bylaws as being recom mended by a special committee for adoption, or rejection, at the April meeting. Dwayne Raney, county VAC chairman, stated the committee has worked hard on the proposed bylaws and their adoption is expected at that time. "Should the new bylaws be adopted at the April meeting,*' Raney said, "then the next important item of business will be to review, adopt, and, then forward onto the McHenry County Board, a" proposed budget for which the com mission can operate with and under." Raney also announced that several resumes have been received for the position of superintendent. "This is another important item that the com mission will be considering in the near future," the VAC chairman also announced, and "the person hired to fill this position will have toi>e familiar with the needs of the veterans and their dependents, a McHenry County resident, a verteran (male or female), and sincerely dedicated in the work that will and can be done through the superintendent's office," he continued.
