SECTION 2 - PAGE 2 - PLAINDEALER-HER ALD, WEDNESDAY. MA^ 8.1985 'Foster parents' of homeless pets thanked A special note of thanks to many of our regular and tem porary foster homes. This spring there were numerous calls of stray pregnant cats, some ready to deliver within minutes. We were lucky to have a few able and availably foster homes to take on this respon sibility. Kittens are usually easy to adopt out but there is always the poor mother cat, perhaps only seven months old herself, which is not exactly a kitten, but far from being an adult, and they need a home too. There is no doubt that kittens are cute and cuddley; but some times an adult cat can be great. Think about it, maybe a kitten is a bit too playful and lively for your lifestyle, the older one could be just the right com panion!
