On May 11, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., Chicago Bear Ted Albrecht will run the event. Albrecht, an offensive lineman for the defending NFC Central Division champs, will work with junior high and high school age students in the use of weights and setting up a weight program suitable for age and personal weight. On May 18, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., Clyde Emerich, a 14- time Central AAU weightlifting champion, five-time U.S. cham­ pion, Olympic team member, world record-setter, Pan American champion and member of the Weightlifting Hall of Fame, will work with junior high and high school age students as well.
