JaneDahm, superintendent, explained Judging takes place starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, with the judge of­ fering comments on the various articles as she examines them. Chairs are provided in the area inside Building D for the audience, and Mrs. Dahm says 500 entries have been made in the nine categories. Joyce Shook, co- superintendent, said $720 in prize money is offered this year, and a grand prize ribbon is awarded in each category: glass, pottery, porcelain, houseold and farm goods, quilts and clothing, antique jewelry, paper antiques, U.S. birthdays, and miscellaneous. The antique show is one of the fair's outstanding traditions. Last year's Best of Show was this salesman's sample of a silo he was selling.
