The bride is the former Vicki A. Roth, daughter of Franklin Roth of Palatine, 111. and Janet Roth of McHenry. Harry and Darlene Krieger of Richmond are th6 parents of the bridegroom. The 5:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Pastor Terry A. Dufur, June 15, in Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Richmond. An added touch to the setting was candles and candelabra, decorated with greenery, flanking the aisle. Special music for the occasion was the groom's rendition of "This Is The Day," and "Wedding Song'V and "God, A Woman And A Man" performed by a soloist. The bride's gown was fashioned with a fitted basque bodice, off-the-shoulder neckline and leg-o-mutton sleeves, finished ih extended bridal points. The softly gathered skirt of silk organza was accented by a heavily beaded, lace front panel, which edged the side of the skirt and continued the full length of the cathedral cross train. The train was adorned with scalloped crystal pleating, outlining the cross. Her cathedral silk illusion veil was secured to a beaded tiara. / Hie matron of honor was Sharon Pararo of Smyrna, Ga.; and the bridesmaids were Suszan Worzala of McHenry, Joy Goodwin of Loveland, Colo, and Lynne McWhinnie of El Paso, Tex. Bridesmaids were attired in iris color gowns with off-the- shoulder, ruffled bodices. The full hoop skirts were draped at the hemline with flounces of Chantilly lace tiers. Rich Riley of Indianapolis, Ind. was the best man and groomsmen were Tom and Ken Krieger of Richmond and Dan Krieger of San Diego, Calif. Following the nuptials, a reception for 209 friends and relatives was held at the Rich­ mond American Legion hall. Hold open house for 90th In observance of the ninetieth birthday of Barbara Freund, her children and grandchildren will hold an open house for relatives and friends Sunday, Aug. 11, at the Pearl Street Park, from 2 to 5 p.m. Mrs. Freund was born Aug. 13, 1895, in McHenry. On Nov. 8, 1916, she married Joseph L. Freund in St. Mary's Catholic Church, McHenry. The couple had six children, are the grandparents of 27 and great- grandparents of 25. The nonegenarian presently resides in Johnsburg and her hobbies include baking doughnuts and playing cards. A member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Johnsburg, she also belongs to the Blessed Virgin Sodality, Foresters and American Legion Auxiliary. The family requests no gifts. They were attired in dusty pink silk gowns (also designed and sewn by the bride's sister), featuring spaghetti straps and small cap sleeve jackets that tied at the waist, llieir hair adornment was baby's breath; and they carried smaller cascade bouquets, similar to the bride's, of miniature white carnations brush tinted dusty pink. The best man was the groom's brother Todd Koval of O'Fallion, Mo.; and groomsmen were USAF Sgt. Shawn Scott of New York and USAF Sgt. Averi Harrington of Florida.
